A pretty vintage glass dish with a domed silver-plated lid, perfect for a dressing table or bedside spot to keep rings, cufflinks or other small treasures. The glass base has a panel-cut design around the sides and a star-cut pattern on the underside, catching the light nicely when empty or filled.
The lid shows some natural tarnishing consistent with age, as shown in photos. No maker's mark is visible, so we can't confirm the silver-plate manufacturer, but it's a solid, well-made piece with a satisfying weight to it.
