Heritage, this piece depicts a pair of redstarts perched among trailing wisteria and green foliage, rendered in lovely detail on a white ground with a gilt rim and scalloped edge. Prinknash Pottery was well regarded for its fine quality decorative pieces, and the Birds of the Hedgerow series is a particularly charming example of their work.
