A vintage lidded crystal pot by Cristal d'Arques, the well known French crystal maker from Arques in northern France. The straight sided body is cut with a band of diamonds, tall arches and starbursts, and the domed lid has a diamond cut edge and a chunky faceted knob. It sits squarely and feels solid, with plenty of sparkle for its size.
Lovely for rings and earrings on the dresser, bobby pins in the bathroom, or sugar cubes and jam on the table, and it pairs beautifully with our other crystal pieces this week.
