A vintage 1960s lidded glass dish by Anchor Hocking, the American glassmaker from Lancaster, Ohio, in their Star of David pattern. Bold pressed stars sit around the body, the lid is detailed with a fan of long petal shapes, and it's topped with a tall faceted finial that makes it easy to lift. Inside, a starburst sits in the base, so it sparkles whether it's open or closed.
Classic on the table as a sugar bowl or candy dish, or use it on the dresser for jewellery, cotton buds or a stash of sweets.
